St Michael's Church dates back to 1628 AD, though there is evidence of a worship place in Hoole as early as the eleventh century. St. Michael’s is a living church, dedicated to praising the glory of God for generations past, present, and future.
We considered the principles of loving wholeheartedly and caring for others to be our highest calling, alongside the mission to spread positive impact widely. These are our guiding priorities as we aim to understand our purpose within the community here in Hoole.
We consider these to be the cornerstones of our church:
- Worship
- Holiness – becoming more like Jesus,
- Outreach – sharing the Good News of Jesus with friends and neighbours.
We aim to attract more young people and families by diversifying our Sunday services to make them more interactive, straightforward, and easier for everyone to follow.
